Nest Landscape Design provides an integrated design and construction team to ensure that our projects come to life with an exceptional level of detail and craftsmanship.
Customer service, company presentation & professionalism is fundamental to the way we work with our team and our clients.
About the Role
You’ll be joining a growing team of dedicated and passionate people who love creating gardens, experimenting with materials and challenging norms in horticulture and residential landscapes in South East Qld and Northern NSW. Located in Bundall, we generally travel from Southport to Kingscliff.
You’ll be responsible for the installation of Nest projects in line with our in-house landscape designs and planting plans. In addition, you’ll be monitoring and managing the gardens over the long-term once complete. We have great relationships with our clients, and we want their landscapes to be looking their best for years to come.
You’ll be responsible for all elements of the softscape, including site preparation, soils, gravels and mulches, irrigation installation & management, plant allocation and planting, formative pruning and pest & disease management. Horticultural experience and knowledge is essential in this – you need a minimum of 5 years site experience.
You will be working with our other softscapers of varied experience and skills, and alongside our hardscape team delivering constructed elements. There will be crossovers between the teams, so you’ll need to be flexible and have an open mind.
We want you to add your personality and wealth of knowledge to our team, and be prepared to learn a lot along the way.
We require a minimum of 5 years site experience.
Please send your CV with detailed experience and skills to firstname.lastname@example.org
